Worst service from tourneau time machine nyc 57th
Went to get info regarding the 5164, I want new from ad... thought tourneau would be good, big mistake in judgement... they had no clue about the watch, then he’s like just go upstairs and talk to them... how about some service here pal...
Won’t be going back, there loss... Hope to get treated better at wempe... |

Its still not going to be easy to source. Easer than a 5167 or 5711 but still difficult.

Please do go to Wempe, in general the staff are warm and welcoming and head and shoulders above most of the other retailers. But be warned, the Patek "expert" at Wempe, whose name I forgot as one conversation was too much, has been seriously brainwashed and is unable to see beyond his beloved Patek. |

I always like venturing into ADs when traveling, but Tourneau is one i've learned to skip.

It’ll be interesting to see how Tourneau changes going forward under the new ownership of Bucherer. Instead of venting here, maybe the OP should relay his disappointment to Bucherer or Tourneau management, where the problem can be addressed. |

Haha. Yes, he would fit in perfectly! I have to say when a so called expert spouts the superior service and reliability etc of Patek over the potential independent I mentioned to him which was competing for the same funds then I had to laugh a little. Personally I've only had good experiences with my sole Patek however I read enough here and elsewhere to know that those sweeping statements are just not true. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Another vote for Wempe. I’ve had great luck there.
