Got a chance to try this one on at an AD and I think it's a lovely watch. I was amazed at the "heft" of this watch. Of course it's the first time I've worn a precious metal model, so I guess that explains the added weight. I think it's a nice looking watch. What do you guys think?

...really wish I would have thought to snap a few pics of the models I tried on but the thought just never crossed my mind, lol. I was mesmerized!

I absolutely love mine! I just got one from my AD. The everose really looks beautiful on! I never thought I liked the brownish bezel on the rooter however I am obsessed now! The two-tone looks nice but the full RG is just amazing!

The watch is beautiful......in pictures for me. Rose gold only fits certain skin types IMO, it looks horrid on my more paleish complexion. Looks incredible on my darker skinned wife though.

Interesting, I think any watch looks better on an olive/tanned skin.

I really like this RG GMT and to me it looks pretty good on any wrist

But yeah its a heavy watch, and takes a bit of getting used to that weight on ones wrist.

Ya know it's so strange how the Patek Philippe RG almost looks identical to YG, whereas the Rolex "Everose Gold" has a much more pinkish hue to it, not that that's a bad thing!

You’re right. Rolex rose is way too pink for me. It just looks too feminine to me. Also doesn’t complement my pale skin. On the flip side Patek rose seems much more natural to me and I like the way it looks. In my option Rolex does yellow gold the best and Patek does rose gold the best.

Idk, I simply hate the contrast! I think the pinkish hue brings out the pinkish undertones in my own skin My wife says the same thing, it just doesn’t sit ‘right’.

Yellow gold anything on the other hand looks great.

Yeah this! Also agree on the Patek rose gold. When I first saw a Patek 5196R I thought it was yellow gold, lol.

I love the PP RG BUT I wouldn't say the everose gold is "feminine" otherwise I wouldn't have started this thread. It looks good without looking feminine, the everose has a bronze hue rather than pink. Just my opinion...

I mean who cares, feminine/masculine whatever......but Rolex everose most definitely has a more pinkish undertone to it compared to other brands. It seems it's darker on the GMT due to the dial, but look at a TT Everose DJ with a MOP/white/pink dial and you'll see it better. It's pretty much exactly why I can't wear it, it just doesn't look great.

Patek and Audemars both do the best rose gold IMO, it's way more of a coppery/bronze undertone.

Yep you got that right. Patek/AP rose gold is the best rose actually and its much closer to Rolex YG than Rolex RG is.

Rolex RG its still nice but its way way way too copperish in my opinion.

Love it. I’ve had that watch on my wrist for a trial, and the temptation to go ahead was so strong. Didn’t go through but it’s on my list. I have the TT CHNR and the Rolex Everose is to me a better RG than other brands, PP is a close second. The Everose has a warm hue to it, perfect in my eyes.

There’s nothing feminine about RG and it’s in the mind of whoever is making that judgement. Seen this watch on people and I’ve never thought it looked feminine.

I have one and love it. The RG is more copper so not as loud. The Patek RG is a little more yellow/brighter compared to Rolex RG.

CHNR... once you see it in person you can't un-see it. It immediately becomes a must-have.

ikr! It really pops under fluorescent lighting. Actually all Rolex watches look very different in person. Pictures just can never really do them justice. There's too many gleaming facets to capture in a pic...
