Watches of Wales - Submariner 14060M

First post here so go easy on me. :) I am turning 40 in December and looking to pick up a Sub no date to mark the occasion. After learning (and embarasingly experiencing first hand) the challenge of purchasing new from an AD i have done my research and settled on a 14060M (2 line) as being the 'one'. I intend to wear daily-ish but would like the example purchased to be in as close to as-new (but not truly NOS) condition as possible.

I have located several UK-based examples by searching for recommended specialists on here. But the watch that stands out (aside from the fact it's a 4-line in the video) was located through a Google search, from a company i don't seem to be able to find out much about on here - namely Watches of Wales.

Their review scores range from 3.9 to 4.8 to 4.9 depending on platform albeit there's a couple of worrying reports. The shop is beyond travelling distance to see the watch in person. So really looking for vouches / anecdotes / advice from anyone who's purchased from Watches of Wales in the past.
