Speck/lint on dial worth servicing?
Well, I made the mistake of getting a 10x loupe with a light today (heck, it also comes with 20x and 30x lenses). When observing my 15500ST dial, I noticed a small speck on one of the squares. It looks like it got wedged in the grooves of the tapiserie dial. Also, there is a piece of lint on 6:00 marker, between the marker and crystal.
Picture here, the first speck circled in red. Taken with my phone lens through the loupe. Best quality I could capture in a pic. Using the 20x lens, the left circle resembles a small speck of dried glue/adhesive. Hope I'm not coming off as too OCD, but is this worth the trouble of having the AP service center remove? |
