Tudory Submariner Dial and Movement?

Something looks wrong with this. The font size is off for Tudor and Self-Winding (size), the lume looks very weird and the minute markers are too long and thin, especially at each 5 minute mark.
They're located in Vienna (Wien) and claimed that the put the movement and dial in a different case for testing that they are not included in the sale.
It looks like a good movement with an aftermarket dial.
Thoughts?
