Australian alligator strap

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but I’m after a horned alligator strap , however me being from Australia, most of the strap makes cannot ship them into the country, is there any Australia guys on that could point me in the right direction

Is this an Australian customs issue not allowing them to be imported or foreign customs issues not allowing them to be exported?
