The men at Delray Watch Supply are top notch. Frederico is very helpful and I would never have any concerns dealing with him. Deal with confidence!

I’ve spoken to both John and Federico a few times and have been very happy with their service. I would buy from them.

You reached out asking if we could obtain you a Buckley Dial 16000, which we could. Though after not supplying a phone number we could reach you, and exchanging over 15 emails, the watch had since sold with the associated dealer we work with, this is very common and why we typically like to communicate via phone, as watches move quickly.

Considering the watch was with another dealer, of course we mentioned that we could not obtain movement shots as the other dealer was not willing to open their watch for a maybe sale. We were more than willing to take photos for you prior to shipping once in our possession. The price point offered was incredibly attractive for the model, which is why the other dealer moved it so quickly.

I am very sorry to see that you have left negative marks here as the last time we spoke, I have found another watch for you as alternative and received no response.

Every month we handle dozens of custom-requests alone and this is the first time we have received any complaints- very sorry to hear this.

Kind regards,

John
John,

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I would have happily supplied my phone number if I knew this was the case. I was never asked and it did not cross my mind. All emails on my end were answered promptly. The most frustrating thing for me was that the watch was sold and I was never notified. I was told to expect some pictures so I waited. I didn't hear back until I sent another email 10 days later asking for an update and then I was told the watch was sold. And I was never given an offer for an alternative watch which I failed to respond to.

Really???

You bump a year-old thread to slam a trusted seller here and do so without any supporting evidence. Unbelievable.

If you have a case to make for your statement, start a thread and provide your case for it.

Just a month ago you did approximately the same thing and were warned by a Mod...
