Which Is Better On The Speedmaster? Tritium or Super Luminova
Hey Everyone!! I’ve decided I’m going to be purchasing a Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch as my next watch. I going to buy pre-owned but can’t decide between a Speedmaster with Tritium or Super LumiNova. I love how the Tritium turns yellow and gives a vintage look but I also like the look of the white Suoer Luminova. My Vintage Datejust has a T Swiss Dial and has aged to perfection but does the Luminova last and is more durable than Tritium? Thanks!

I would go with Tritium, they just look better IMHO. Good luck with your search!

Tritium can look cool if the indices and hands have held up well over the years. Many old Speedmasters look cruddy, and only a few look nice enough to give up the functionality and tidiness you get with a contemporary model, I think.
