Lol yeah, ive had exotic foods but pigeon or quail is not too crazy. I forgot to take a picture of sweetbread but that was pretty good too.

I just checked out their website, it's a Stephen Starr restaurant. Nice. He has a lot of good places in Philadelphia.

I actually make my own. I put it in my vitamix and blend it to a fine powder which seems to help it soak in/bind. Garlic, cumin, brown sugar, a little salt, black pepper, about 6 different dried chilis, cayenne, onion, citrus peel, paprika, several different mustard seeds. Probably forgetting something. This is my main seasoning for a variety of foods. Depending on the dish, I may add oregano, basil, rosemary, tyme or so on. For the ribs, just the base rub.
