We get it--you don't like RM. It's not for everyone thankfully.

People have been critical of RM from day one and it will continue probably forever. That's part of the character of RM...always thinking outside of the box and doing things that get people talking. Love it or hate it they are selling every one, which based upon their demand, is a lot.

Enjoy whatever watch brand you prefer and plenty of sub forums for you to add constructive comments in.

Hundreds of thousands and you get a mediocre finish on the movement. RM is a top notch businessman though I will give him that. PW is a fan boy.
Ok not a fan at all of the new 27-03 case, but love the movement, looks awesome, love the 27-01 and 02. About the quality of the finishing I think it is perfectly finished, just totally different style than more traditional watches, as they are made to look modern and ultra sporty, can imagine RM watches with PP or Dufour style traditional finishing, would look really off IMHO, here you have sand blasting, and other techniques made. About future value not more than a Seiko? Oh sorry Casio, even worse, can't wait for that to happen, would buy more than a few, but don't dream, the 27's have lost value on the secondary, many are for sale for 100-200k less on Chrono 24, but hey even Patek minute repeaters are also for sale for less than their retail on C24.

Sorry not to be condescending but have you ever tried one for a long period or owned one ? Looks are subjective I get it but saying mediocre finish on the movement is just plain wrong and uninformed

Na, I'll continue to use 'yucky filter' or anything I please.

You can always buy one yourself and take your own pics to contribute something constructive in this thread

Tried many across the ADs in asia. The finishing on lange and fpj makes the movement shine like a jewel. RM is nothing special.

Why? Is the finish not good enough for #nofilter

I hope it doesnt seem like I am bashing. I am just posting my opinions. I do think RM makes great watches. I mean APRP makes great watches. But not at that price point. I own AP, PP, rolex, credor and GS not an RM yet unfortunately.

Hi texex91... you created a very neat pic there! Objects and colors very complimentary. Individualistic to be sure. So do I like it? .. You betcha!
Have a relaxing Memorial weekend too.

Buy what makes you happy. I prefer happy meals. I've said it a million times--RM is a love or hate brand. That is a good thing in my book.

As to 27-03, it now has 10,000 G's shock resistance...that's impressive for a Tourb. I'll confirm pricing, but guess is around $800k. BTW, the colors are homage to Rafa's home country of Spain.

For those that want to actually read about the watch, it's all here http://richardmille.com/watch/rm-27-03/
I like the original Nadal 27-01. And I have said some RM's case design is outstanding. But that doesn't change my opinion of it is overpriced for what you are getting.

Yes I know the new Nadal case is the color of the flag, but still, to me it's over the top.

Fair enough and certainly not for everyone.

Thank you for honest feedback

I can't disagree with the statement of over the top.

Once again though, we all said that about the red nadal and to this day it is one of my favorite pieces.

Guess we have to see it in person- Either way it's well beyond my budget ;)

Great pic of a SWEET watch!

I will say one thing that slightly bothers me is that I wish it didnt say Rafa on the front. Dont mind the sponsorship angle one bit, I just wish it was relegated to the caseback.
