Yeah but I guarantee that one was a 36-38mm case width which made those long lugs still measure sub-50mm...

By blowing this up to 42mm, they have to shorten the stupid lugs or make the thing 60mm L2L

I was really hoping for a blue snowflake sub reissue, which I thought would fit their line quite nicely in a niche that didn't really overlap on the Rolex versions, so really underwhelmed with what they've turned out. In saying that, I can see the P01 being popular with hipster types, with that industrial, utilitarian look. My watch budget will be going to places other than Rolex and Tudor this year, though.

Wasn’t this a notorious fake watch back some time ago?

Maybe reactions are a bit harsh - but for one, I would not consider this. Justnot my style. And we'll leave it at that

It's also the first impression - I would think reactions would tone down over the next few days/weeks

Terrible watch. But I would like to try some of what the Tudor design department is smoking.

Yeah, that’s not happening. Horrible after the BB58/BB GMT from last year. Like really horrible.

Nothing wrong having a personal opinion. But the oneupmanship to the bottom is really a hoot to behold.

It looks like one of those watches they give you for free when you open a checking account, what an eyesore of a watch.

I do like that they used a 12 hour bezel.... very useful way to track a second time zone and still useful for timing. In fact, I have modded my SKX013 to have a black 12 hour bezel to use as a beater travel watch. BUT this new watch from Tudor is fugly. Hard pass.

One of the worst designs ever to hit paper, pulled up from the depths of the vaults (where it should've stayed), highlighting one of the most absurd bellyflops in Basel history. Tudor had gathered a lot of momentum from previous years - particularly last year - and managed to pull the breaks on the hype train in a way I've never seen before.

Wow Rolex and Tudor really fell on their faces this year. News is still coming out about watches being discontinued which appears to be bigger news than the garbage they have released. I'm more likely to buy a used rose gold Omega Tresor this year than anything from Rolex/Tudor.

I love seeing this reaction. I’m sort of digging it. Now I know I can get one for 50%+ off of one brand new. Thanks group think!

I like it. Especially the 12 hr bezel (useful for me). Can’t wait to see one in the flesh!
