Wow. Those are some stunning photos. Pic #2 is exceptional! It's amazing how you captured the hummingbirds wings! What brand of camera and lenses do you shoot with? The colors and depth of field are amazing!!

Mr. Mallard and Seagulls...
Photo 1 Even though Mr. Mallard is considered a common duck, I consider them special. I love their glittery green face as well as their orange feet :) Photo 2 Their feet are so cute Photo 3 Seagulls are kind of cute too Photo 4 Seagull flying I am so enjoying all your photos - please keep them coming |

Awesome pics OP. I enjoy photography as a hobby, mostly travel and landscape. The pics you've captured are all about the person behind the camera, equipped with the right gear. If I had your rig I'd end up with a bunch of poorly focused bird parts at the edge of the frame!

Awesome posts guys. Just picked up a D3300 kit and went to Rock City yesterday. Tried a one image RAW HDR of the falls. I plan on upgrading the glass though.

Thank you very much... I do call them "mine", and even though they're technically not MINE, my wife and I "adopted" them so to speak. So, their mine We did get to foster 3 Pekins for a lil while, that was really fun, A LOT of work though. Your pix are spectacular, and Mallards are awesome!!!

Thanks, I was guessing... It was on the Gulf if that helps. It was such a cool looking bird, he/she was like 3' tall walking the beach. I watched it for like 30 mins. *side note, not my house :-(

Yes, they are both Great Blue Heron's. Similar to the Grey Heron found in Europe and Asia.

I'm not much of a photographer but here's a few that I took of the volcano Sakura Shima when I was in Kagoshima on a job a few years ago. It was about theee miles away from the ship I was working on

Natural stone bridge in the north coast of Ibiza. Done by sea storms.
