How tight does everyone wear their watches? I have about 6" wrists (5'6", 115lbs) and can't seem to get it tight enough. I took off all the links I could and adjusted the clasp as well, but I still have a small gap between my watch and wrist. It doesn't move up and down but moves down my wrist. And since both sides of the clasps have equal amounts of links, its shorter towards the 12 o'clock position. Is there anything I can do except get another band?

I ordered NATO straps from timefactors. Will those fit my wrists?

I haven't able to fully appreciate the watch cause of this.

Hi Julian,

Welcome to TRF.

The GMT is probably one on the most comfortable Rolex watches to wear.

It's not a problem mate.

Looks like you might need one of the permanent links removed from the 6 o'clock side. Have it done by a watchmaker. You could consider taking two out and replacing one with a removable link.

Post pix when you have the mods done.

X2.. any Rolex ad should be able to do that for you.

in the watch tech section there are several posts about the same issue. So don't worry there is a solution.

Also removing a permanent link on the 6 oclock side will help the clasp sit more centered on the back of your wrist.

once you get it sorted, you'll love it to death..
