Just incredibly beautiful, but words don't explain it, it's an emotion that's needed to describe that watch. The way the subtle blue jumps out is stunning, and then there's the super dome plexi. The brown strap is the best choice and perhaps a black too, would have to see.
You're statement below has just pushed me over the edge in defining why I want a vintage watch. My next purchase.

You are absolutely right , the emotion went wearing/ seeing this vintage on my wrist is a feeling of happiness, warmth and satisfaction.

I have some other watches that are not too shabby, but some how, this Padallone just sing and sing and sing the song of "JOY". So special .

I love my 1960s Rose Gold Cellini. I've never seen one this color (a dusty rose gold) and knowing it is over 50 years old and runs terrific (had it serviced) makes me really love it even more and I always wonder who the man (men) were that wore it or even if another woman wore it. I'm not sure I want to know the real history, I prefer to make up my own! ! ! LOL
