The Watch Register
Good morning.
I need to check on someone. I posted a thread back in December of 2013 after my home was broken in to and may watches were targeted. I believe you can see the original post here:https://www.rolexforums.com/showthre...49#post6325449 Today I got an email from Paul at The Watch Register. He stated that they may have found one of my watches and noted the model and serial number. I hate that I am suspicious, but i am. Has anyone had any experience with https://www.thewatchregister.com/? Am I being phished or is this legit? Thank you in advance. J. |

The Watch Register
The Watch Register is a legit outfit - but you’re wise to wonder about potential phishing.
The email address of yours wasn’t registered with them earlier was it? If not... The question is how “Paul” linked one of the stolen watch’s serial numbers to you. But if this is true - that one of their members have made a query that was a good hit - then perhaps contact them directly: Contact is in UK +44 (0)20 7841 5781 info@thewatchregister.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

He reached out to me via the forum. I have exchanged email with him and feel better now. It sounds as if he took the initiative to run the number I provided in my post. I never registered with their service.
I’ll keep this updated as this plays out. Do we have a service like this in the US? |
