this is why I sometimes wish I'd have bought the black.. but at the day's end, I love both. My fav is white gold, blue dial, blue bezel. If Rolex ever releases a blue subC with blue bezel, stainless steel, I will be at the AD that morning to buy one. but until that day, the 2 tone will be my fav sub. a scream is good, too.. Rolex is truly a great thing to me.. 1) it pisses off watch snobs.. 2) it's a joy to wear .. 3) it enthuses watch enthusiasts.. 4) it holds its resale better than most brands.. maybe only Patek is better in this regard. There's no downside, really, to a screaming blue 2 tone rolex.. so long as it's insured(!).

all depends on your preference.
but for a younger, fresher and bolder look, the choice is clear.

If you have 1 watch, black.
If you already have a black faced watch, Blue.

I have other black dial watch and the blue dial on the tt sub screams Rolex. A very iconic piece. But can't go wrong with either. Sub tt are just sick looking watches.

I have the blue ceramic and love it. I was worried that it might catch a little too much attention but I have no regrets. Love the black as well but I have a Subc so this one was a no brainer for me.

I also went crazy last month flipping between the blue and black. I have owned both of them in ceramic the last couple of years and flipped them although it was the flat blue. When the time came to buy one i still wasn't sure which i wanted. Ultimately went with black. The black and gold contrast is so beautiful not that the blue isn't. I preferred the deeper black dial over the shallower but flashier blue. In the end it's personal preference.

Initially I wanted the blue but after seeing them in person I went with the black dial...both look great but the blue was just too flashy for me and a bit preppy....black and gold just felt more of a classic look IMHO

Bluesy all the way! I always catch myself staring at this beautiful sunburst dial. Dresses up or down very easily.
