You cannot go wrong with the Deepsea. For it's size it's unbelievably comfortable and I enjoy wearing this the most in terms of feel and heft. The only thing that may steer people away is it's thickness but for me it's just fine. You also get a polished HEV!

this...If you like it, are going to wear it, and eventually pass it down, don't look at it like an investment. There was an awesome thread here not too long ago. The OP bought a watch, is taking pics of it in all the cool places and all the cool things he's doing with it, so when he passes it down to his son, the watch will truly have stories and meaning. Now that is better than any possible investment ever period. You are the investment, not the watch.

PS I have a deep blue and love it.

Watches are a bad investment. Buy them because you like them, not for investing. It’s a fun hobby, but that’s what it should be. Deepsea is my favorite Rolex, it’s amazing.
