Vintage Rolex chronometer ,please help!

Hello everyone! I have Rolex chronometer 37mm in stainless steel case n. 604xxx and movement E 47xxx circa 1947. I didn't find any information about similar watch in stainless steel case, only in gold cases. Maybe anyone have old pictures from catalog 1940's or pictures of watches with closed numbers ? Many thanks for any information!

1) unless I'm way off, Rolex did not make anything over 36mm (datejust). 2) 4xxx was not available in the 1940s (ok, towards 1949... maybe). If (and assuming) it's an oyster case, it's probably from 1960 3) and I cannot find any google ref to model 4890

It's a dress watch in stainless steel original case 36-37 mm without crown ( oversize Rolex watch). 99% of all Rolex dress watch chronometers were in gold cases, the number of the case and mechanism corresponds to 1947-1948.

According to my observations, Rolex issued just a few refs in a 37-38 mm steel case: 4157, 8029, 4890. Also, I can’t understand what is the difference between a Chronometer (Chronometre), a certified chronometer and an officially certified chronometer? Where exactly did Rolex chronometers get certified and are there any archives? On the website of the Neuchatel Observatory, in the database from 1945 to 1965, out of more than 3,500, Rolex owns only 8! entries, there are no prizes, just a bulletin
