Legitimacy 18238(rolex day date) Bracelet - Help

I posted in a different area and I apologize, either can be deleted if need be. Attached is a bracelet im told is legit. The seller has amazing reviews etc, but something feels off. Rough edges on the clasp etc. can you guys please take a look? thanks

What i do know is its before 1995. Other than that the seller said it is legit, but is unsure if its original to that specific head. Box and paper are with the watch dated 1994.

again, apologies for posting in the other area. thanks

The bracelet looks ok. Its got the rose gold tint, which is correct. Although the rivet at the hinge looks a little off to me. Perhaps the rivet has been replaced at some point in its life?

My bigger concern is the back side of the case. It should not be polished like that. 5 digit day-dates (18038 and 18238) should have brushed cases on the back side.

Good point, it should be brushed like the inside of the bracelet and the center of the case back

Looks good to me as well. As other posters have mentioned, the clasp on 18038s/18238s should have a rose gold color to them. The engravings there appear to be correct as well. 18038s should have 55 end links, not 53 (53 is for 1803 case).

My '91 DD has polished case sides and this has not been changed by RSC at service.
