You say price is the same. Are we talking brand new from AD ? if thats the case, go Patek.
If we are talking 29-30k grey market , then you can go Lange. Being the Patek forum expect favoritism to Patek

I prefer the dial on the 5230 all day. I think a lot of Langes dials are too busy for me. Plus the guilloche creates a very pleasing affect to the eye.

Patek will hold better over time, I am just not a fan of worldtimers, can't tell the time on those but if you love it who cares about the time

Hmm… not fussed on the stubby Patek hands, but it’s hard to dismiss it entirely.
All things considered, I’d probably lean towards the Lange. |

Easy call for me - the Lange...but I am also a big Lange fan in general who is looking to get the Lange 1 in WG after my next sports watch.
Patek will undoubtedly retain it's value better but not sure how much that will/should impact your decision. |

I would first take the Lange 1 Moonphase over those two, but here PP.

Patek in this case. The WT is a classic Patek, and I like when the Lange 1 keeps it simple.

ALS, more functional both in terms of time telling and you also have a date.

Lange. I’m not a fan of the guilloche on the 5230. I prefer the 5130 over the newer 5230.

I like lange a lot, but i would say the Patek between those two. The lange looks a little too busy.

In my personal opinion the 5230 is a stronger proposition on all counts between these two pieces.
