I don't know any local ones per say in San Diego other than trying your luck @ pawn shops/jewlery district stores in downtown.....but that is a serious crapshoot and I've never seen anything close to good much less a good buy. But in Orange County/LA, you got some reputable guys that you can deal with like Michael Morgan/Iconicwatches, Curtis Chen/Grey&Patina, and Cam with CraftandTailored it seems like if you want to browse inventory. Otherwise you get a much better picture browsing availability online (including these guys' websites/IG).

Not much more can be added to what Sensui wrote. There are some good vintage watches that pop up on TRF and the vintage Rolex forum too.
