Timex Q

I love the way this looks and it reminds me of being a kid and wearing a Timex, but of coarse my first watch was a Casio : )

I really enjoy the watch as well. I really like the colors of the bezel and dial. I think it’s a great Pepsi combination.

Did you pay retail? It's listed as out of stock on the Timex site.

I love that too. Kind of reminds me of a Rolex but the nostalgia of a Timex and then the cool bracelet

I sure did. You can sign up on Timex and they’ll send you an email when it comes back in stock. I went online right away and got in.

Thanks, I did just that 3 weeks ago. No word from Timex yet. Hope they'll get them in stock for the Christmas season. Enjoy yours!

Don’t overpay. It is not limited, just hard to get. As someone mentioned, sign up for notification on the Timex website and get it when they send you an email.

Also I checked the website periodically and was able to get one that way. Finally, don’t forget to snag the 15% coupon for signing up an email. I didn’t so missed out on it.

Good luck.

It's a reissue of a 1979 Q Timex quartz watch with a woven stainless-steel bracelet.

Had it on yesterday...

Hi DJ, it is nice to feel like a kid again with a watch, I think that's why the Casio's do so well.

As for quartz, there are watches with complications that run on quartz, the Grand Seiko is a good example:

Loving this watch, reminds me of one of my first watches as a kid. How big is it? Comparable to a 5 digit sub wrist wise?

Thinking it may be an addition to my Christmas list. Need to try one on first maybe.

Edit: Looking at the UK site and offering a 15% discount code. Brings it down to 135 GBP, bargain.

Lucky. The 15% code here at least in the states specially excludes this Q Reissue.

Received mine today. Pretty sure this is the best $179 I’ve ever spent...

Wearing it to Napa tomorrow!

I managed to order 4 earlier this week! Why 4? well for me (I now truly have a beater!) and Christmas presents for Dad, brother in law and a good friend. I imagine they will sell out within a few days again.
