As for the watch - I agree with Peter - you appear to have a nice Sub and hope you enjoy it for many years in good health and happiness.

I would suggest doing a lower body workout twice a week to build up those leg muscles!

Nothing looks sillier than a guy with a massive upper body and spindly little legs.
