Lunch @ Brasserie Ruhlmann at Rockefeller center. The crab cake was amazing, the chilled salmon on dill sauce was meh...reminds me of tuna in a can but salmon, cheesecake okay.

Leftovers. Ate this for 3 days until last night, just dumping things in a bowl for simple chirashi.

Made a seafood medley in vodka sauce over linguini tonight. Served with a tasty Willamette Pinot Noir.

What's for dinner guys....?????

Not dinner pictures per se, but I do cook a lot for dinners on my ceramic grill/smoker. The table I built for it has been hit by hail (it was covered) 2 years in a row, and I’m finally getting around to refinishing it since I have a week off.

Dinner at Odo in NYC . Japanese Kaiseki... one of the best Japanese meals I’ve had. It’s not cheap but not too crazy...Michelin Star now. Got it this week I think.

Oh I didn’t pay lol

I think I’m missing the pic of the tempura wheat noodle..
