How does min hand know where sec hand is?
When setting a watch if i know it runs a little fast , i will set it a few seconds slow, but if i do that then how does the min hand know to be at the next min when the sec hand strikes 12. meaning....If i were to set the min hand at 12 then push crown in at 45 ,next time around would the min hand strike the indicie at the correct time? I hope that makes it clear as mud. Basicly how does the min hand know when it is supposed to strike the next indicie? Are there gears that line up?

The minute hand doesn't know anything.... All of the hands are gear driven and they will stay in relation to one another wherever you set them..
