I’m so pleased to say my daughter (only child) will accompany me to the AD this Monday to finalize the engraving designs on her “someday” OP 36. While she appreciates the Oris dial more, she knows I purchased the OP w/ funds received following my Mom’s passing. My SA is genuinely pleased to finally meet my daughter since we’ve shared our passions for our children & watches over the last 5 years. My daughter, like her son, is on the ASD spectrum w/Asperger’s. To say my daughter has matured immensely in to quite an amazing young woman would be an understatement! I am truly blessed…

She & I wanted a saying that was unique to our relationship. So…we read through old hand written cards I’ve given her to convey my feelings (and to reflect on her immense progression through the years). We are so pleased with what we came up with…. It’s something I always wrote in my cards to her!! It is fitting, as it also plays “full circle” re: Mom/Daughter relationship(s). The engraving will simply state: I am truly blessed

It warms this WIS’ heart to know she will have a special heirloom from me. And, she is psyched about this too! We are then going to share lunch together after the AD visit.

Ah ! thats a wonderful fairytale place to live. My aunt lived there for many years in Valais ... not sure i can remember exactly where but I was there to visit.
