Looks like the seller has some established history. The watch seems to have stickers on the case and lugs in some pics. Have you tried to source one stateside?
Risky wiring $$$ to anyone, especially somewhat overseas.

Did he ever have the watch serviced?

Looks like a nice example.

However...it is being advertised as unpolished, and with an unworn bracelet. Neither of those claims is accurate.

YES. Very smooth crown guards and bezel - lots of material polished off. I would never buy a LV without paperwork. Could easily be a LN with a green bezel insert.
