Vintage Rolex Datejust real or fake
Hello everyone,
Relatively new to the vintage rolex world. Found a vintage ~1960's era datejust at a local dealer that I am interested in. The dealer claims that the entire watch is original. I wanted to double check what you all thought because I have never seen this color watch dial before and am overwhelmed with all of the "fake spotting" resources out there. Thank you in advance for all of your help! |

That sure looks like a redial to me. The printing isn’t right, and the minute track is way off.
Hard pass. |

Dial is not original, as already mentioned, hopefully everything else is.
It is heavily polished. The price would need to be super good to consider.. |

Agree with the above assessments, dial no good and poor polishing job. Who knows what is inside the case. I'd keep looking.

Thank you so much everyone! I knew that the pretty color green dial was too good to be true! You all saved me a big headache!
