UK Auction result

Just read that a Submariner 5512 with a 3 6 9 dial has sold for 210 000GBP at auction.
The owner purchased the piece 55 yrs ago for his 40th birthday for approx 70 GBP,it sold complete with box all papers and bill of sale. After strong bidding it was sold to a HK based
Client.
Pictures avaliable on,Nottinghamshire.com, and the auctioneers were Gardiner Holgate.
The story goes that the watch was serviced by Rolex, but the dial wasn,t changed as apparently was done to the later dial,I am repeating what I have read as have no knowledge of this.
Any further info welcome.
