Icon10 Incoming 145.022 Speedmaster

It will be here tomorrow.

I picked it up pretty cheap. Its a 145.022 from 1985 that looks like it has never been polished.

It has a special surprise, a Holy Grail 1450 bracelet with 808 end links. I dont think the seller knew what the bracelet was and priced it as a standard unpolished Speedmaster from 85.

Im super excited!! Pictures to follow once it arrives.

Hopefully the bracelet isnt too stretched. Anyone know how many links originally came on the 1450 bracelet?

My watchmaker has one. The owner asked for a full overhaul and then disappeared almost five years ago. I'll try to buy as soon as they decide to sell. Well done Matt. Hoping to see many pics when you get it. Cheers.

It has every ding, dent, scratch, scuff, etc still. I paid just a hair over 3 for it so I think I did quite well. No papers unfortunately but the bracelet is a nice trade off I think.

Its been a week on my wrist and this bracelet has to be one of the most comfortable I have ever owned. It almost feels as if it isnt there. The 1450 bracelet is truly special. Its too bad it had such a short production run.

Me too, it seems that they are almost as expensive as their gold Rolex President counterpart.

Awesome find, and yes the 1450 is very comfortable to wear. I had it on my previous 345.0808 speedy last year. I see your in Lynbrook too, I grew up in Oceanside.
