I just searched for him in this forum and sure enough, he is banned.

Well done mate.

You've been a winner all the way thru your ordeal.

I would wait to see the condition and price before making a recommendation. He should start a new thread for that watch IMO.

The Submariner 5513 is a super watch to own and the serif is a great dial and as Jedley has quite rightly pointed out, there are full sets to be had in the 5 mill. serial range, just check everything out and don't pay too much, but if all the documentation is there and the price is right, snap it up, you won't lose out. Good luck.

Hi all,
Thank you for the phenomenal information on here

Yes, it was Nick Hacko, I didn't want to say anything, but I will NEVER deal with him ever again. He is the most rudest unprofessional person I've ever dealt with, I did go back to try claim a refund & He was rude off the bat

Do not deal with him or ever purchase from him. Everyone around Sydney who knows of him does not like him, simple as that

No, no refund, if you sort the google reviews by lowest, this pretty much sums up the type of response I got

Extremely poorly behaved and foul mouthed. His way of handling customers is disgraceful. After expressing concern for the aftercare on purchasing a watch, which was too small for my wrist. Even after giving wrist measurements with pictures. The response was to go elsewhere and purchase extra links. A service he clearly had no interest in providing. Used to be a fan, but he doesn't care about you as a customer, your just a number. Don't bother, unless you want to be bombarded with abusive emails, which seems to be his usual tactic dealing with those not happy with his service. Goodluck

Sorry for your experience :(

It is always good to ask for other's opinion before pulling the trigger on such a purchase when you don't have much experience but of course, easy to say afterwards...

Try to forget about the terrible customer experience and focus on the watch. You love it and in the end, you're the only one wearing it so enjoy :)
