It sure is! I feel great, other than the fact I can pull my back watching tv now . I have always been into working out etc, but changed my perspectives (big as possible and squatting 500lbs is no longer necessary) and would say I'm the most fit I've ever been now.

My tight watch yesterday also opened my eyes to how spoiled the Glidelock has made me.

Mine has decreased .125" (was over 7 inches) over the past year due to less strength training. I'm 42 and I guess my test levels are on the decline. Lol.

At age 71 I weigh the same as I did when I was 17 (142lbs). I bought my 16800 in 1985 and it fits pretty much the same now as then.

Not so far. My wrists expand and contract in hot or cold conditions. Some people's do, some don't.

From my understanding many gain weight with age and have great difficulty controlling or dropping the weight. As I mention I dropped almost 50 pounds this year so without a doubt it is possible although I might add that I'm in pretty good condition for my age. Since many gain weight with age, I'd assume that along with that comes increasing wrist diameter. That is up to the point that one becomes frail and withers away which I hope to avoid but there's no telling.

Age 54 have not seen it shrink yet. Bracelets are still sized as before.
