6609 T’Bird

There’s a 6609 that I’m considering buying. It’s clearly got a service dial as it has stick markers but are the hands original as they don’t appear to have any lume (non lumed dauphine hands do seem to appear on some 6609’s I’ve seen online). I assume that at the time the dial was changed (pre 97 since it’s a T Swiss T) the hands were in good enough condition hence not changed?

I’m trying to decide if it’s even worth buying at all. The asking price reflects the condition so is it still a watch worth having as a 6609 rather than a fully correct later 1625?
