I’ve been carrying a Leatherman for 10 years. 3 years ago I snapped the knife trying to pry a shipping staple, should have used a flat head. I sent it to them and within a week had a brand new one.

Rolex has it 100 percent in terms of durability, i would also suggest the purchase of Gold and Diamond also if you want an item that would last a lifetime

I agree. I have been using the same Milwaukee Sawzall for over 30 years. Granted I’m a homeowner/diy but I have done my share of using and abusing it.

I’ll add to the list:

Honda - 3 cars that all treated us well
Bose - computer speakers w/subwoofer
Yamo - ceiling speakers great for 15yrs
LL Bean - hiking boots and leather slippers
Husqvarna - blower, weedwacker always start
McMahon - I married one, a quality brand!

I just cleaned my gutters. So if I’ve forgotten to mention Little Giant I’ll do so now. If you have to use a ladder one of the best investments you could ever make. Why I ever used those cheap flimsy aluminum ladders I’ll never know.

I see some people have already mentioned Chris Reeve. I have 2 of his fine products and they are the only items that I've ever held that I am unable to find any fault with whatsoever.

Patience is the key. That is at least for some. Break-ins for some can be a bit painful.
