Glashutte Original SeaQ

Dropped by my super friendly AD Tourbillion in SF today just to browse & look at watches

I've seen many pics of the blue one on Instagram, but one of them really showed off the dial in sunlight and it looked stunning. Wish I had saved it

If I didn't already get a fifty fathoms I would've definitely considered this.

Ah, I was not impressed by the press release photos but these real life shots, especially the blue ones of the blue dial, are quite sweet!

I like it and would like to see it in person. Not sure if I would buy it but would give it a look.

I love it - I had tried on my wrist and it’s just stunning ... unfortunately it was already sold - waiting for the next one to come in...

When I compared it with my Rolex submariner- my sub felt so boring, old and cheap

Huge GO fan, just unable to get into the aesthetic of this one.

Like GO, and I think their take on a diver is really refreshing. The SeaQ is beautiful and retains the GO DNA. I got to try the diver a few weeks ago. My only reservation was the action on the bezel. It just felt a little Seiko-ish. IMHO, it was certainly the weak link on an otherwise really great watch.

That blue dial is stunning! I’m normally not a fan of date windows, but they found a way to do it fairly well. If this is available in a 39mm it’s a potential blockbuster. What’s the MSRP? Any idea of overall thickness/wrist height?

Forget about it. I visited the website and the blue dials only come in 43mm and the thickness is 15.65mm. That’s a no-go for me. Too bad.

I love the black one as well - I think it’s the most stunning diver in the current market
