Athens Ohio, that is.

Deep in the hills of Appalachia (SE Ohio) lies a small town named Athens. Home to first public institution of higher learning in the Northwest Territory (Ohio University, founded 1804), it is named after the ancient center of learning, Athens, Greece. But enough history, let's get to the fun part.

Halloween in OU is considered one of the largest parties countrywide. The entire Uptown is shut down for traffic and people go pub to pub, bar to bar. This weekend we have met people who flew in from California, Oregon, Nevada, New York, even British Columbia. It was massive. Here's an idea of what it looks like outside:

Erin is supposed to be Katy Perry getting kicked off Sesame Street, but I think she just wanted to show some cleavage...

supposed to be the cast from Mad Men, but I couldn't get them to focus
