Thanks for posting that up!

This is something kind of local to me, in northern WI. I've never been here in the winter, I've only kayaked through here, but for the first time in years the ice is thick enough a person can walk out the the sea caves, or ice caves this time of year, on Lake Superior. Here's a quick pic I found via google.

There was a segment on the news last night showing that, I found it all very interesting. If I lived close by I would be sure to go check it out in person.

We vacation on Lake Superior frequently. Last summer we borrowed a friend's house in Bayfield, WI. These aren't the highest quality pics, but I was in a kayak after all.
