Curious, how many Omega’s do you own?
I have 3: Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch 42mm, Omega Seamaster SMP 300 41mm, Omega Aqua Terra Co-Axial 41.5mm

Next one, I want to get a De Ville Hour Vision. My wife thinks I am crazy....anyone can relate to that? Lol

I can, I own a speedy and a new release seamaster pro. If I could afford to own more I would

it never ends, I really wish I could find one perfect watch and be done, I’ve been through almost all the ss Rolex models and nothing sticks around. The only watch I really love is my speedy.

2x ck2998's, planet ocean 43.5mm, 2x Seamaster proffesional chronograph. One old style with subdials at 12,9,6 and one of newer ones in blue with sundial at 3,6,9... plus my wife has 3, white planet ocean, small SM, and a constellation.

Similar thing happening to me:
It takes time to know which is the watch that truly stays in my collection. I need to spend some time with the watch. But this way might be expensive way of finding The One and Only...

I enjoy my Speedmaster Pro and my Aqua Terra. They were gifts to me from my wife!

I would love to have an Hour Vision! It's such a cool watch, with so much rich Omega character.

That’s why I bought a Blue 43.5mm planet ocean. The want for SD43 vanished.

I am planning to pull the trigger next month.

Depends how important that complication is to you. I wouldn't get the annual, as I have other pieces in rotation so would have to set the watch pretty often anyways, so no real advantage in only having to set it once only (for February). I am not really interested in the month complication, but maybe you are, so go for it if you need it.
If I were to go this route, and yearly calendars were important to me, I would likely save up and go for a perpetual calender.

4 - Planet Ocean black 39.5mm 8800, Aqua Terra 38.5mm blue "Skyfall" 8500, Aqua Terra 38mm black 8800, and the Seamaster 300 Master Coaxial Diver 8400. I love them all except the SM300MC which I find has obnoxious case ergonomics (straight lugs) and is generally a very boring watch other than the beautiful movement view through the caseback. As soon as I find something to replace it with, it's out the door.

I'm a fan of the Annual Calendar because I think that's a valuable complication.

FYI, one of our favorite Trusted Sellers (DavidSW) has a pre-owned Annual Calendar with the silver dial right now. Also, the watch was on sale as of last night when I was browsing his site. I'm probably going to regret giving you this tip because I'm saving funds to buy it and I'm not quite there yet!

My wife has more of the bug than me. She loves Omega. She has a quartz constellation and one other that escapes me. Rather embarrassing since I'm the one that got them for her, though it was at a time before I started taking a real interest in watches.

I just have one, SMPc 300.

I hear ya. Well, ultimately, what I'm really really really hoping for is a 40mm, steel case, non-LE, Blancpain Fifty Fathoms this year at Basel. If that's the case, the SM300 and likely one or two other (non-Omega) watches would be sold to fund it. I have to think it's going to happen one of these years since they've been doing limited edition Ocean Commitment and Tribute to Milspec FF's in 40mm for a couple years.
