I am looking to buy a 1990s Vacheron Constantin in excellent condition. How?

I am looking to buy a like new yellow gold Patrimony Squelette 43038 or 43502

How should I proceed with my search? Where should I look at? I am guessing I should follow the auctions. I have never done this before. Can you give me tips on how to follow what new pieces are offered by auction houses?

Also other than chrono24 which websites should I search for these references?

Thanks
