Help! Unknown Pocket Watch

Hey guys, can anyone help me identify this pocket watch from my grandmother.

It is sterling silver cased. Marked 61358 inside the case with 0.800. With the initials F&J. Possible mark or stamp but can’t make it out.

And can someone direct me to a watchmaker that could repair this and get it back in working order!

Any local watchmaker can get this running for you at a premium. It will cost you at least $175 to get it serviced. It may be best to keep it in the safe as a memento unless you’re planning on carrying this pocket watch for daily use. The movement is unsigned which will make it difficult to identify even with the serial number present.

If it was an American watch it would be easy to determine information about it.

However that is a Swiss watch makes it.almost impossible to determine who the maker is.

The .800 hallmark is the silver content of the case.
It looks like it was made around 1900

If no parts need.replaced a watchmaker can get.it back to running order.
If a part needs replaced, it may have to be made, which would get very expensive, if the watchmaker even has the capability.

Agree with MIl above but would agree given the .800 would age to late 1800s to early 1900s. I’m not sure what movement would be but if I were to guess (and purely a guess) the case itself with those marking and approx year could be referencing the F.J. Spiller- Taunton company. Some early examples have FJ using the marking F&J on the caseback. The movement as mentioned above would be nearly impossible to find out.
