Vintage Rolex, anyone have info?

Hey guys,

my father in law is a jeweler and knows I'm into watches. He sent me these pics today of a Rolex he bought from a customer. I think his plan is to refurbish/flip it. He was very curious about its origins and I admitted I've never seen a Rolex similar to this. I was hoping someone on here would be able to help out with its history. Thanks in advance!

Sorry pics don't seem to be showing up, all 3 are visible here https://imgur.com/a/ANEL5

Probably 1930's. These ladies models have quite low demand

+1 though probably 1940s - 1950s, still very low demand
