Rolex Service question

I banged my top left corner lug (pictured) and as a result, it is now running slow. I'm sending it to Dallas for service. Should I get them to fix the banged lug? Would it be an easy fix? It's covered under my state farm personal articles policy, so no cost to me. Thanks for any advice.

I had a 16610 LV with basically the same damage. I sent it to RSC in Singapore and they took care of it in the standard service. BTW I was living in Singapore at the time. I'm sure Dallas would fix it during service.

Just out of curiosity, what ever became of this? I live in Fort Worth, and will be sending my YM in for service before too long. It's got some nicks, light scratches, and a small, deep scratch in the case. Just wondering what it's going to set me back. I have mine covered under a floater policy through TXFB, so if it's too bad...I will be hitting that up!

Sorry to bump this old thread, but how did they fix this? I was told by RSC that I'd have to replace the case. Thanks!
