Rolex Bracelet Question 62510H for 1601?
I am looking to buy a bracelet for my 1601 Rolex datejust from 1963. After doing some research, i've read that a 62510H with 555B should fit the 1601. However, after having a 1803 president with 55 end links that "fit" but not really, I just want to make sure that the 555B end links will fit the 1601 perfectly and not sit above the edges like the 55 on the 1803. Can anyone please advise if the 555 end links on the 62510H will fit as well as the 55 end links with the 6251?
Thank you! |

I inherited a Rolex (Steel & Gold Oyster Perpetual Datejust MODEL-1601sg with Steel & Gold Jubilee bracelet -303) from 1967. The watch runs well but the bracelet is very stretched with gaps and torquing of the end links. Rolex would replace this with a compatible new 18K gold and stainless update which would cost far more than the value of the watch.
Does anyone know a source of preowned bracelets that would be in better shape and much more affordable? |
