is there 116710ln have serial like the photo ?

does the rolex GMT master II has serial no. on the outside of the watch body ?
i just find it inside the inner circle of the dial .

Some will, yes!!

My M does have both the inner ring, and between the case lugs engraved, where as a lot of the newer cases being released only have the inner rehaut stamping.

Are you sure it is a 116710LN?
A "U" serial 116710LN is unheard of.

I was reading too fast...
And by the way the "U" serial number in the picture provided.
Does it belong to any Rolex watch?
I looked up serial numbers and I see 6 digits after the alphabet.
The pictured serial showed "Uxxxxx" - only 5 digits.
