Rolex 6694-Help from pro's
So these two faces are different...one the ROLEX is wider than the word OYSTERDATE another the ROLEX is narrower than the OYSTERDATE.
Do they make different years with different or one of this is a fake? |

Seems to me to be a refinished dial, which explains the inconsistency in printing. Definitely not a fake.

The 6694 was made for decades so there will be a lot of variation.

It is my understanding that the wider and narrower come from different years. I own an genuine 1977 dated 6694 and it is the narrower. You can search trusted dealers and you will see them both ways based on the year produced. The pictures that you posted look like early to mid 60's models with those hands.
