Another potential 1680

Guys thanks for all the feedback on red subs to date. What are your thoughts on this one? Looks like a replacement insert. Anything else jump out?

Looks like a nice MKIV. I’m not an expert but..My take on the details...Lugs look like (when looking at the pick of the backside) the crown side are straight and narrow vs the 9o’clock side. guards look ok. If Being picky, but really hard to tell (Need better pics of the dial) there may be some small blemishes, dark spots, etc....but really too hard to tell from just one grainy shot of the dial. Bracelet looks like an original rivet, not much pic info on that either. Better, clearer, shots of the dial would help, but looks pretty honest from what I can tell so far. Better experts than me may see something more

Case sides are round instead o flat, overpolished. Need better pics of dial. There seems to be a stain under the Y of Oyster. Bracelet has a big bang on first link. None are perfect. Everything depends on price and expectations.

Here are a few more pictures. I agree there might be a spot on the dial. Unfortunately this needs to be an online deal but the seller has a fair return policy so was thinking about taking it to LAWW to see if they can do anything about the spot.

Definitely spots on the dial in multiple places. Just part of the natural aging I believe, not damage. Doubt LAWW could do anything with that. The other thing noticeable, at least looks that way in pics, is the bezel itself looks well worn down around the outside edge. Again, these are are all nitpick details...most every vintage piece can be nitpicked is some fashion. If you like it, it’s not fake, and price is according....go for for it. YOU have to be the one who’s happy
