And that's true!
The modern 41mm Sub could be the ultimate sports watch: - Iconic. It is the standard against which all other divers are compared. - Still ~40mm. Not too big, not too small. - Rugged - Waterproof to depths it will never see - Excellent bracelet - Fits in with virtually every setting (casual, somewhat dressed up) - The new case/lug/bracelet combo is proportional (IMO) I just don't need one. I have the SD43... so why downgrade? (ha ha *wink wink* ) |

A 16610 was my only watch for years and it was the perfect watch to prevent me from building out a collection (although I eventually lost that war haha). Now I have a fairly large collection and my 126610 actually doesn't get much wrist time. I generally reach for the GMTs and if I want something more subtle I reach for a non-Rolex. |
