Icon2 PAM 911 - "the last one" - Bonati's farewell

I must be missing something, but, if not for the engraving, what does this watch have to do with Paneristi?

It's not like it's the first green dial, either....

As for it being "the last one".... who believes that? ;-)

Anyway, ignoring the marketing, it looks nice, I like the font, 300m WR and 8-day movement without the words on the dial.

(All photos from the internets.)

Not sure if its going to be the "last" Paneristi watch, but its supposed to be Bonati's last farewell to Paneristis before he retires. His initials are also on the caseback.

I snagged one and I should get it middle of next week. I'll post up better pics when I get it, but here's a shot the sales rep took for me at the boutique.

I think it looks sharp. Over on the Paneristi forums, they're stating that we should anticipate official release and full details this coming week. Personally, I would like to see/hear more details on the model.

Green is my favorite color. Too bad I'm not currently in the market for a new piece!

That is a fantastic looking watch! If I were in the market for another one I’d grab one of these. That green looks awesome.

It’s an ominous number 911! But I wouldn’t mind getting one if it will be available in my AD.

It's the only recent Panerai that's got my juices flowing. ...( apart from maybe the 690 but 47mm is not for me anymore)

You decided to pass because you don't like green, or you were bumped from the purchase?

I like it but there’s several other PAMs I’d pick up before it.
