Anyone have recent experience with Crystal Cabinetry?

My wife and I are in the final stage of deciding between two options for our kitchen remodel. We are leaning towards a design-build firm but that will mean we will need to use their cabinets. The cabinets they carry are Crystal Cabinets out of Minnesota. This is their Keyline series with solid wood construction and Blum hardware. They seem to be nice cabinets in the showroom and from what I could find, this was definitely a premium cabinet 15 years ago. However, I have read some concerning reviews from the past several years regarding finish problems, and more importantly customer service problems when addressing these issues. The design-build firm in question is very large and very established in my area, operating for more than 40 years. All warranty issues would go through them and not the cabinet manufacturer. Given their size and presumable importance as a customer to Crystal, this gives me some solace. That said, I was wondering if any fellow TRF members have had recent experience with Crystal Cabinets?
