Icon6 PAM 116 vs 390?

I'm looking to take the plunge into the Panerai, but trying to make the hard decision. I really like the look of both the 390 and 116.

-44mm
-Luminor
-tobacco dial
-3,6,9,12
-no second hand

Anything I should know about the 2 models that would impact long term value?

Based on preferences, am I overlooking any other models?

Thanks

Having owned a 390 and a 118 in the past, I would say the simple 116 titanium wins (if you like a lighter watch). The tobacco dial on 390 almost has a hint of pink vs the gold hand. Simplicity of the 116 will win out in the long run in my view.

2 very nice choices - good luck.

for me, for a tobacco dial, i prefer Ti over SS.

at the time of its release, though, the 390 was a hot commodity. while the fanfare has dimmed, i'm sure it will have its fans for quite some time.

Ended up with the PAM 116. Realized I never responded back to the original post and trying to get back into the forum groove.

I'm under the 10 post minimum to post a pic. I'll have to wait a couple days
